Service calls are paid upon completion. If payment is not available upon receipt then a credit card may be required to be on file. Service calls are flat rate $140 which includes diagnostic and labor charges. Additional labor may charged for a return visit for certain major repairs i.e washer tub bearings, gear-case, or wash-plate replacement on certain older/discontinued models due to rust or corrosion that will increase the time of service. Invoices that are overdue past 30 days are subject to be charged interest. Failure to be present during time of appointment without providing notice of cancellation or reschedule may incur a trip charge. By scheduling a service call you are agreeing to be present (or given consent to access property). Also by scheduling you are agreeing to keep walkways/driveways clear for technician during times of inclement weather. Pets should be secured to ensure safety of technician.
Please be advised our 90-day labor warranty period only applies to the repair specified. Parts are warranted through the manufacturer. Service provider is not responsible for food spoilages due to part delays, or damages that occur from part failures and moving appliances that cannot be accessed. All units are thoroughly tested to verify the repair.
