Service calls are charged upon completion. If payment is not available upon receipt then a credit card is required to be on file. Service calls are a flat rate $140 which includes diagnostic and labor. Additional labor is charged for a return visit with parts on certain major repairs i.e washer tub bearings, gearcase replacement.

Please be advised our 90-day labor warranty period only applies to the repair specified. Parts are warranted through the manufacturer. Service provider is not responsible for delays due to part availability, food spoilages, or damages resulting from moving appliances that cannot be accessed.
